Thank you D J and Team One for the easiest lease ever of my beautiful 2022 GMC Terrain.Denali.. I couldn't be happier! I absolutely LOVE it.!!. Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and courteous. I would recommend DJ to anyone.

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership! I had been in contact with Renee prior to commuting into the dealership my lease was about to end and I wanted to price out my options. Renee was very honest and upfront from the very first phone call. Once he told me there was a few SUVs I could easily get into within my price range I drove over to the dealer to test drive them and decide on what I wanted. A few days later the dealership arranged to have someone drive my new Denali to me and take the previous leased car back with them, they then derailed it for me and let safelite repair the cracked windshield inside their garage due to bad weather before GM came to inspect for lease turn in. I can’t say enough things about the customer service at this dealership Renee is amazing and very down to earth not pushy no adding to the cost of things.

Bad engine

All I can say is I should have kept my trade because now I not only have a car with a. Bad engine I can't drive to Hastings to take care of my 87 year old mother. The 2011 traverse I bought looks nice but has so many problems it's not safe to drive. It didn't even have the right battery in it. Come on dealership that's not safe

We would like to personally thank DJ for his help in finding us not one but 2 new GMC vehicles this week. He was awesome to work with, patient, not pushy & understanding to our wants/needs. Thank you again DJ! You're the best!!

I had to think about this one for a while because while...

I had to think about this one for a while because while the customer service was great the practices this dealer were unsatisfactory. They definitely way undervalued my trade in and forced me to use their financing and buy GAP to buy this vehicle. Even my bank was unaware with that practice and made a note on it. The salesman was great, no fault to him I don't think. I did unfortunately buy the gap coverage which was also over priced but I was able to return that and they did a great job at refunding the amount quickly. They did accept my bank at their dealership and I had to close with them vs bringing in my own check which resulted in a higher interest rate. Overall I give them credit for not marking up the new vehicle as others are doing but they made up for it undervaluing my trade by a long shot and forcing me to close with them and selling me gap as a requirement for financing. I had two other family members looking for vehicles and I was hoping to find a good dealer to work with in the future but at this moment I will look at other places. I understand dealerships need to Make money but to win customers long term would seem like a better option long term rather than quick profits.

Team One Chevrolet

Our salesman Nathon was very professional and helped us in buying our Chevrolet pickup at Team One in Charlotte Michigan. I would do business with him again. Team One body shop took care of the scratch on the fender. They did great work.

I am a self employed business owner and I need a truck to...

I am a self employed business owner and I need a truck to work out of to make a living. I worked with Zach and he was able to take what I did and pair me with the perfect truck for my business needs and my family. With his help and Simons they put me in a truck I can afford with a warranty and were able to roll what I owed on my old truck with my debt on the new, and also helped me with some money saving ideas. I highly recommend Zach, Simon and the dealership.
