Capital Honda

I was dreading going in for my oil change but actually it wasn't bad at all. The waiting room is very comfortable with drinks, popcorn, wifi and a TV. When my car was ready I was expecting pressure to do many small repairs but everyone was very nice cand explained I could come back anytime to fix these. I love my Honda Odessy.

I've used Capital Honda (CH) many times for service, and highly recommend them. Not only was the buying experience excellent when I first purchased my new 2010 Odyssey over 5 years ago, but the subsequent service experiences on both my Odyssey and Pilot have been great! When you take your vehicle to CH you can be confident that the service will be done right, and I've also enjoyed how friendly the CH service staff are. I just had a simple oil change the other day, and Randy Ford--one of the service staff--was great! I appreciated his down-to-earth friendliness yet professional manner. Truthfully, I enjoy taking my car to get serviced at CH because of the work I get done there will waiting. It's nice to know that I can be efficient and not just waste time. Their "waiting room" facilities are comfortable and clean. There is desk space to get office work done, complimentary drinks and popcorn, and a TV to pass the time away if you'd like. It is a pleasure to have my car taken care of. I know it's a safe secure environment and that I can follow their directions with no hesitation. What is nice is that an overview is given...some of which had to be done on that day and others that can wait at a later service visit. Randy was gracious and explained everything they would do that day plus the service needed in the future on my 2008 Honda Accord that runs so smoothly. Very delighted with my Honda Accord.

I went to test drive Honda 2016 HRV, but before I was allowed to test drive the sales guy John behaved so rudely with me and was telling me continuously that he is not going to give any discount and he was telling me not to waste his time if I am planning to ask him for any discount and he also asked me that if I can afford to buy car etc. he was also continuously telling me if am buying the car same day then he can spend time on showing me car etc. I would strongly suggest all of you guys never ever plan to do any business with Capital Honda. If you are from Lansing or Okemos please drive 50 miles and go to other dealers. At last I want to say to John the sales guy. You xxxxxxx Should take retirement and instead of being sales guy in car industry you should go and clean bathrooms that job suits you more you xxxxxxx. One suggestion to Capital Honda try to have young sales guy who will have energy and interest . Thanks

My service on 9/16/15 was excellent. My service representative was Randy Ford, and he has been excellent on every services I have had on the 4 Honda CR-V's I have had. I would recommend both Capital Honda and Randy Ford to other friends and family members.

I came in to have the oil changed. I was directed into the service bay quickly and the representative had all of my vehicle information. The vehicle was washed before I received it back and the representative gave me an update on my vehicle's condition with a list of service to expect on my next visit without any pressure.

Pierre & the rest of the crew were generous with their time and energy. Pierre helped me figure out the best vehicle for my needs. I love my new Honda HRV!
