Top notch customer service
My son and I stopped in to see the Lamborghinis and were so thrilled with the customer service we received from Joyce Zavolas as she talked with my son about the different models and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also the gentleman who helped us with a hat we purchased was also very nice. The customer service at this location is top notch!

Excellent, time-efficient service

Joyce Zavolas is Very Attentive!
I recently leased my new Maserati through Herb Chambers and worked with Joyce Zavolas. The dealership itself is beautiful and really focuses your attention on the cars. Joyce could not have been more helpful. She was very attentive and responsive. Additionally, she has continued to make herself available for questions even after the deal was done!

Fabulous experience
Went to Bentley Boston store in Wayland, MA a couple weeks ago. Louis Forti is a gentleman and very smart guy. I have never seen too many people nowadays who loves what he/she does. He didn't complain anything about our visit even he seemed very busy. He explained everything about the car with the great attitude, why each brand is really special and exclusive. We really love his passion. If you would like to buy Bentley, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce or Masarati, you should give Louis a chance to show you a car. You will be excited with the car and the great feeling from him. Thank you very much for your time!

My experience at Lamborghini Boston
My friend and I were in the area and thought to stop in just to look around. We had met Mr. Forti previously at the international car show in Boston and he was just as nice and respectful there as he was when we visited the dealership. Neither of us could afford one of those cars but Mr. Forti took the time just to talk to us about the cars. When it comes to this kind of business, Mr. Forti is the best that it gets.

Awesome experience
I recently stopped at Maserati of Boston to look at some of the exotic cars. I was greeted by Louis. I told Louis up front that I was not there to make a purchase. This did not change his attitude and happily showed me the inventory in the showrooms.
