I came to the dealership with no intention , even in my dreams to buy the car .But the charismatic experience in there , made me lease the car . Its a experience of its own . Renee, was very professional and frienldly and helped us to find the car we wanted. The showroom is state of art, bathroom is clean and fresh and coffemaker is very easy to operate.

called and spoke to rennee, told her what i was interested in, plus 2 trades. gotten my cell # home # e/mail, spoke to her ssaturday 5.40 pm.said she would get back to me monday, did she god no.what a joke many many dealers pull this crap, i dont know why. the pepe family will here from me

had the wrong mb dealership in last login. had a problem...

had the wrong mb dealership in last login. had a problem with a sales woman last sat april 20/13. gave her the infro she needed from me. she said she would call me monday, but no home calls no cell calls, & no email calls.very dissapointed. make a call to the dealership, & sent a email to the previous dealership that was the wrong one, & forwarded it to new r mbenz. . gen manager mr. pucci called me in a flash but couldnt reach him. he read my e/mail & was discussed.havent spoke to him as i write this, but i respect that man very much for getting back to me to resolve this matter with sales.
