Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle

Overall this was a great experience at Mercedes of Larchmont/New Rochelle. Lou & Sergio were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable & expedited all requests we had to make this experience as smooth as possible for us (especially having children with us) it made it much easier. Lou also spent a lot of time with me while reviewing my new ML & its updated features from my older version. Looking forward to a continued business relationship with Mercedes of Larchmont/New Rochelle.

My experience with Jay, Bernie and everyone at Mercedes was excellent!! I would reccomend this dealship to everyone. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and gave us many different options. Having dealt with several other car dealerships in the past I can honestly say they were the best by far!! They have a customer for life!

He thoroughly explained all options and was very knowledgeable and patient when teaching us about our car. Michael was very responsive to my many questions and responded in a timely manner. He respected my time and did not keep me waiting in the dealership. I will pass on his information to friends and family should they be considering a Mercedes in the future.

This is my third lease with Mercedes and the second time I have dealt with Renee. I came back to her because she worked very hard to get me what I wanted on my previous visit and has done the same again. She is professional, courteous and hard working. I hope to do business with her in the future.

Hands down, the best car dealership & salesman I have ever dealt with in my 10+ years of purchasing and leasing vehicles. Bob Lasagne was THE MAIN reason why this deal got done. Completely transparent, completely friendly, not pushy, not going back and forth on prices. I felt like I was talking to a dear friend about this car, and not a dealership... he put my best interest first, not the dealership. That goes a long way with me. I cannot put into the words how pleasant of an experience the dealership was, and how knowledgeable, helpful and friendly Bob was... a complete class-act. I will be coming back to him for my vehicle needs for years to come. Customer for life.

We couldn't go anywhere else when it was time to replace our car after receiving such a great service for the past 3 years. Employees are knowledgeable and they take care of their customers. Dealership is second to none, bright, clean, welcoming.
