The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and accommodating. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee. It didn't seem to be instant coffee. The service was very quick, which is something I appreciate being on a tight schedule.

Great Service Clean Showroom Knowlegeable Sales
I had great experience. My salesperson Russel really knows the vehicles, he explained all features as well as all the different papers involved. He explained the options I had and really took his time. I enjoyed doing business with him.

Excellent salesperson, nice selection

Waive Diagnosis Fee
This visit was as usual uneventful. In my previous vist to have rear brakes replaced on my Colorado I found the way the costs were itemize very confusing. I think some work like brake jobs should have the $39.95 diagnosis fee waived if the customer gets the work done. I am sure the $39.95 fee includes (in my case) removing the rear wheels and drums to check for wear, and preparing a written estimate for me to okay or decline. If I declined the drums and wheels would be replaced and I would be on my way. To get full value of the money I spent the tech should have put the drums and wheels back on and removed them again when I gave the okay for the work to be done. Don Rathbun

Chevy Equinox
When I called in the morning to make an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation, I was able to bring my car in the same day to have the service done. I was cordially greeted by the attendant and shown to the waiting room. The service took about a half hour. I was offered another service but declined because the lease is up on the car in two months. I was not given a hard sell.

Great Service by friendly staff
Greeted br friendly staff in service. I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. Discussed an additional problem regarding a slight scratch in paint nerar passenger door. I was offered a shuttle ride but opted to wait in the lounge. Lounged staffed by a very friendly person who offered beverages and fruit or donut holes. Work completed on time and I was appraised of recommendations for alignment and fuel system cleaning, which I will have done in the future.
