Greeted br friendly staff in service. I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. Discussed an additional problem regarding a slight scratch in paint nerar passenger door. I was offered a shuttle ride but opted to wait in the lounge. Lounged staffed by a very friendly person who offered beverages and fruit or donut holes. Work completed on time and I was appraised of recommendations for alignment and fuel system cleaning, which I will have done in the future.

Very helpful explaining service issues

Friendly Staff, Excellent Customer Service
Service is always great and people are always friendly. Only reason received 4 stars is because door handle was broken when I got my car back but made an appointment to fix it later this week.

Good experi.nce with sevice department
The service manager was very helpful. I was helped right away with the oil change. He gave me a list a thing s I should do to car now at 100,000 miles and gave me a couple prices on new tires as I had asked him.

Oil Change
I dropped off the car at 7:30am for an oil change. The shuttle bus took me to work and picked me up at 4:30 to get my car. Would have preferred to come by after work for the oil change so I don't have to schedule the shuttle, but you're only open late 2 nights/week and those spots are always booked up well in advance.

Quick service
It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I like that Graff picked up my vehicle and dropped it off, however they were more than 30 minutes early to pick it up. The service was completed quickly and my vehicle was returned quickly.

Efficient Service

Friendly Dealership that treats you like family
It's nice to come into a dealership that treats you like family. When you enter the doors it's not a matter of looking for a salesperson, one is there to answer any questions if and when you have one. There is no pressure. Even in the service area they have the time to talk and answer your questions. We like to feel important not just your next meal ticket. Everyone knows their job and they do it well.
