I arrived for my scheduled appointment a little early expecting to wait 45-60 minutes, they took my vehicle right in and I left 30 minutes later!

Was quick and easy and updates on future service that maybe need was given.

I had several hood dings in my truck hood, from acorns dropping from our seventy foot tall oak trees. Two of these dings were quite large, and the other four were noticeable if I were to look for them. My truck is a 2015 black truck, with under 5000 miles, and seeing those dings every day was really bothering me. I brought the truck into the body shop, and "Joe" the Paintless Dent Repair Specialist, inspected my truck, gave a time estimate, and we set a date for repair (within a week). I dropped my truck off in the morning on Thursday, and picked it up that afternoon (around 2:00pm). Wow! No trace of any dings! The hood looks great and I couldn't be happier! Very professional, courteous staff, and great finish work!

Although the wait time was long the Oil Change personnel did an awesome job as always!!! I was happy to hear that Shaheen Chevrolet is in the process of constructing a new building with more oil changing bays. I am a long term customer of Shaheen Chevrolet and always have nothing but wonderful service from their personnel. Ted Younts is a wonderful sales person who I have purchased 3 vehicles from, whereas my husband has purchased 2 trucks and in the process of purchasing his third. Good job Shaheen Chevrolet!
