Excellent as usual!!! Ben Behnke had every thing ready to sign when we came in, even the insurance on our new 2024 Equinox RS! Extended warranty went smoothly too. Your crew really know what they are doing! We will always buy our cars from Shaheen Chevy. This is the 3rd car I brought from Ben (Camaro SS, Corvette C8, Equinox) and I've lost count how many we have gotten from Sheheen Chevy ( I think 4 or 5 now) My mother-in-law and son have also boughten cars at Shaheen on my recommendation. Also always have my cars serviced at Shaheen Chevy too (Very honest crew) Too bad there are not 10 stars!

Bought a Equinox November 2020.
Bought a Equinox November 2020. The day I bought it driving home check engine light came on. Called and took it back. They changed the High pressure fuel pump. Few issues after that. But then September 2021 Engine blew. I then dealt with them again. They put a new engine in it. Well just let me tell you, I have had to replace fuel injector, high pressure, low pressure sensors, fuel rail sensors so many times I can't count anymore. Replaced PMC . We took to a mechanic tried having it diagnosed. Showed nothing. I paid 12,000 for this car and they made me pay another $2000 for my part of the motor. I am not rich. Just trying to make it.I feel they have completely taken advantage of me and sold me a piece of garbage. I have contacted GM customer service and filed a complaint. They told me to also contact Shaheen service manager. I called 3 days ago , left a message and still no return call.

Nichole,, our Service Manager Tom Hernly reviewed your service notes and your 2013 Equinox had the engine replaced September 24th, 2021, 2 1/2 years ago. There are no service records with us since that time. You paid $2,000 co-pay towards that engine and our General Manager Jason Cords paid the balance. We're not sure where this 1 star is coming from. Is there something else we can help you with?

I had recommended maintenance done on my truck. Had brake pads and rotors replaced also. I've never had issues with Shaheen's service department - they've always treated me with respect until this time. It took them 2 full days and a weekend to get it all done. I was expecting to get my truck back in the afternoon of the day of service - that's why I made the appointment and dropped the truck off the night before. I hadn't planned on them keeping it over the weekend and finishing it up on Monday late afternoon. I needed the truck to get to work on Monday, but that didn't happen and I had to take my husband's truck. Once they finished with my truck, I had to take time off work, go pick up my husband at home in Eaton Rapids, and drive back to Lansing. The one thing I have bad to say is that everything wasn't customer friendly. You don't talk with any one via phone now, it's done via texting now, they don't accept payment over the phone, and I only talked 3 minutes with Cheddar when he checked my truck in and most of that time was him sending text messages to me to accept the work report. No other phone calls, everything was via text. I didn't care for it. They texted for cost and I wouldn't see it because I'm working during .the day and not waiting by my cell phone for a text to come from the service department. I've never experienced this kind of customer service, if you call it that. Very unfriendly and impersonal. When I dropped the truck off, there was several people standing around, but no one greeted me or the other 2 people that were ahead of me. I went and stood by a service representative's desk and he finally looked away from his computer screen and said someone will be with you in a minute - 5 minutes later I finally got to pull my truck in and talk with Cheddar. I found this whole experience a nightmare.
