This has been my first experience buying and servicing a car from a dealership and they've set the bar quite high :) Very friendly and helpful techs and staff. I really appreciated the followup call a few days after my appointment, I had a couple questions/concerns that were promptly addressed after this call.

The tech. who met me as I entered garage was awesome. I do not recall his name. I told him I had a slow leak in my front tire. He quickly let me know that I had a nail in my tire and fixed it without prompt. I have yet to have a bad experience when I bring my car to Shaheen.

The dealer ship was able to work out a good cost. The salesmen was great

professional and friendly. finished all of the work in a timely matter. informed me of any other issues with the car and gave me options and advice for future service. great experience.

I had no appointment, yet it was a quick in and out.

I had my first oil change done and I was in and out within a half an hour. thank you

I arrived on a Saturday without an appointment to have my oil changed. The service staff accomodated me, provided an oil change, and tire rotation. I was out of there in less than an hour, which was great considering it was a Saturday and I had no appointment.
