It was time to get a upgrade. Found a used car the wife and I liked here at Dave Syverson Auto Center. They were customer oriented and friendly. The used car that we ended up purchasing did have a few issues that they were willing to fix. I still however though don't feel that we got a good deal or even a fair deal as they were unwilling to budge on price even with pointed out flaws and a very rough and beaten exterior of the vehicle. I have seen cleaner and fewer miles vehicles go for at or less than what we paid. They talked a good game about making sure you are comfortable and doing what they can but don't push it too far. Like they said "Their Job is to make sure that you have the best experience you can" but for this recent customer it wasn't the best. If you do go through them just don't expect to get car prices to drop any even if it is justified, They are worth a look and not horrible overall.

These guys... they’re good guys. They treat their customers right and make things right if anything is wrong. By the time I left the dealership, I needed a cigarette. That’s how satisfied I was.

Had a good sales guy and tryed to be as helpful as possible for as busy as they were. Love the truck and service but only wish I would have had a full tank of gas out of the lot like my first visit back in 2004.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and had searched vehicles online. In the past I have always bought my vehicles in Rochester. I spoke with Jake Villarreal and he asked that I stop by during this sales event that Dave Severson was having. He stated that he could work with me on my next purchase. Prior to going to the sales event, Jake had contacted me and wanted to get a better idea of what I was looking for. He went "above and beyond" my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what "I" wanted in a vehicle. He was able to answer all my questions about the multiple vehicles that I looked at. I purchased my vehicle and LOVE IT! We stopped in to your indoor sale and walked out the dream truck for the husband who put others before himself works hard for his family. Always gets the older vehicle instead of the newer vehicle.
