Considering the supply and delay issues, the dealership did about the best they could do. One problem I had is that Ford rolled over my 2022 order to a 2023 and offered a $1750 rebate for the inconvenience. I was instructed to contact my dealership sales department right away which I did and was told they would handle the conversion order on their end and would take care of the rebate application. For whatever reason, it did not get handled and the rebate was denied. They did offer to offer me the vehicle at "invoice" which was $987 less the MSRP. Not quite the $1750 I had coming but at least some effort was put forth. Otherwise vehicle presentation and dealer prep was above average and I am very happy with the Maverick. Closing the transaction was very quick and helpful by Liz and Noah.

I received outstanding service. Both Katie and Derrick were so kind and helpful. They didn't push anything on me, but yet didn't just leave off on mine own so I was left wondering what to do. I felt welcomed and like they wanted to help me and not just make their quota for the day. They listened and asked questions. Jake was excellent at explaining everything I was signing and didn't just fly through the paperwork. I would absolutely recommend buying a car from here!!
