Absolutely wonderful! Buying my first car, not knowing a single thing about insurance or extended warranties. I did get help from my older brother (Christopher) and my mom, but Jake walked me through everything I needed to know. Explained everything in detail and made it all simple. Of course, I knew to expect this because all I hear are GREAT things about them.
