Anthony was patient with questions over the phone and went above and beyond to confirm which options were available on a used vehicle I was interested in. Alex was easy to work with in person, didn't push, and was patient with questions about the vehicle. When a small leak in an oil cooler line was observed, and when a question about testing the trailer brake wiring came up, Kerby brought it back to the mechanic and helped to confirm everything about the vehicle was mechanically sound, and if I drove it and found it to be a bigger issue, they would take care of it. Liz was easy to work with, had all her ducks in a row when it came to paperwork, and didn't force financing or warranty on me. It was well worth the drive to work with these folks, as I felt they were honest and treated me like they would treat a friend or neighbor. Good people still work in this industry, and Dave Syverson hired them.

This was by far the most enjoyable buying experience I've ever had. Brandon was so patient and helpful while I was trying to decide what options I wanted to order on my new 2021 Ram 3500. Liz did a great job finding me the best interest rate possible and also got me a great 10 year warranty. Mark showed me all of the features on the truck and made sure I didn't have any questions before he let me leave. It was definitely worth the drive from Faribault.

Dealing on the car went pretty smooth Like normal lots of paper work cant get around that person selling extended warranty was a little to pushy to suit me. Maybe because I wasnt interested. So far We like the new vehicle.

Anthony did a wonderful job of walking us through the process! The entire team was great to deal with even got my son some milk and chips as he was very good at age six. Love my new truck! They were more than fair on pricing and my trade in will definitely be going there for the next one!!
