Car buying can be very stressful. Going to Crippen GMC isn't. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I dealt with Rodney. He is an amazing guy. Very laid back. He wants the customer to be happy more than he wants to force a sale. I cannot say enough nice things about Crippen in general and Rodney specifically. I plan on buying cars only from Crippen for the next 40 plus years.

Crippen GMC runs a quality, trustworthy service department. The scheduled work is done on time and at a fair price. The facilities are immaculate and the service directors always treat me with the most positive attitudes.
