We showed up to the dealership at 7:30 and began looking at the vehicles I had previewed through the website. JC meet us and helped us find the cars we wanted, and he took us out for a test drive on the card we decided on. We went inside and we began the paperwork, there was no back and fourth on making a deal. JC brought me his price sheet, and I asked to speak with the floor manager. He was able to take a bit more off for me to get me to the monthly payments I needed. We went to the finance office at 8:30, and signed the paperwork. When we were finished the store was closed, and JC offered to take the car and run it through the local carwash since the detail crew was already gone, just so we could have a clean car to take home. This is why I will always buy from Honda of Lake Jackson. From this experience, and all my previous experiences with the service dept, from my other Honda, I will not go anywhere else.

Called Honda Lake Jackson to provide inspection, unlock nav system, and check brakes. As they normally do, they do a great job fitting me into the schedule, they do not perform unnecessary or questionable repairs. The are excellent & I will continue take my vehicle there for repair.
