This what you call car dealer

I got a car from HR auto OVER 2 years a go and they had told me to let them know if I need thing done to the car they can help. I need it new timing belt and water pump. My mechanic wanted $700 I call HR Auto they told me they don't remember me but if need this timing belt done it will cost me $395 (part and labor). I dropped my car and it got fixed with receipt to the parts and receipt from a shop with 90 day warranty. These are great people you don't find service like these no more. Ask for Oscar he was the one who sold the car to me and he as been there for 7 year he know a lot. Mo

I am extremely happy

I just bought my first car here, a 2006 Honda Civic Coupe. Oscar helped me so much to be able to get the deal done. I am 22, so my credit isn't built yet (I had a co-signer). First the credit was denied, but Oscar fought till the end for me and got it done a few days later. I am extremely happy with my car and the service that H&R Auto and Oscar provided me with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone

Bought a Subaru Legacy... Happy with it!

I bought a Subaru Legacy Wagon from H&R and I have been happy with it! As most of folks mentioned on here they do have low prices, while doing market research I came across H&R and they seemed to have the best prices for the low miles, one owner vehicle and I rang them up asked for appointment to test drive the car. When I got there and test drove the car, obviously the car was few years old and there was wear and tear but nothing out of the ordinary. I ended up buying my car and been a month and so far no issues! I took it to my mechanic and had a regular tune up/oil change done since it's a used and I like to make sure... everything has been approved by mechanic and it's a solid car. It's finally nice to have a dependable car for my camping trips... can't wait for ski season..Thanks H&R!!

Kuchi Kuchi Ko?!?!

Kuchi Kuchi Ko is the game you like to play. All I want is a decent reliable car and you play this game with me. I dont want to play Kuchi Kuchi Ko. why can you understand this. I came into you place of business this past saturday the 14th and a Latino man played this game with me. Insead of selling me a car...he would hide behind a car and then pop up and say kuchi kuchi ko... . He told me he was having fun with me to loosen me up but I was offended. I will not come to you dealership again.

If you had any issues you should have come to me the Owner of H&R (Rod) who is here all the time!!! I would have helped you myself and give you a free warranty or better price to make it up to you.. I talk to all the sale people here NO one knows who you are and they work on COMMISSION if they sell they make money of no sale no money. You are a dealers who do not like our low prices that way you are giving me this review. YOU CAN NOT STOP ME SELLING GOOD LUCK.

DO NOT BUY!

I would give a ZERO if I could. Do not buy from these guys. Nothing but problems from the day after we bought the car. Not even two weeks we've had the car and we are $1500 into necessary repairs with another $1200 recommended. Some "clean car." Yes, they have the lowest price at sale time but not once you have to fund repairs to get the car up to snuff. We are extremely unhappy.

You bought a Saab from us with new VA inspection. You did not needed brakes or rotors, you end up taking it to a Saab specialist who (recommended) you change your brakes for $1400 which you did not NEEDED. We told you even if you wanted to change your brakes it cost $59 at Advance auto parts. You did not had to pay $1400 to a specialist its JUST a brake and it take less then an hour to do it. Now enjoy your $1400 brakes!!!!!

So far so good, but it's early.

Dealt with VIN the salesperson ( very nice and personable, polite, but an obvious salesman, nothing negative, just an observation ). Found the 2005 Suzuki Forenza S series off of Cars.com. He fixed some cosmetic things at no extra charge, offered me a name of a mechanic, getting me an extra key. Bought the Car around June 17, 2013 and quite frankly, too early to review the overall purchase. So far so good, will check back in a few month's. As with anything, I believe, I am the last known skeptic. Crossing my fingers.

Good place to buy cars FROM

I recently purchased my 2nd car a 2004 BMW from here and received great customer service. The person who helped me was friendly and treated me with respect. He also worked with me to put on new tires which they get %40 off and have the car cleaned before I drove it off the lot. Thanks Oscar.

Vehicle not what they say it is

Called H&R Auto to see about buying a Chevrolet Astro Cargo van spoke with the salesperson arthur about coming to test drive van I asked if the van had any problems he told me no it was READY to go i told him I will be there to test drive the van. When we got to the place my lady asked him if the car came From an auction he told us NO it did not when we asked to see the car fax he went and bought it out to us to look at and sure enough they the van had been bought at a auction by H&R Auto when asked Arthur about the it he OH IT DID then asked him about the warranty he told us about over the phone he said that the van was being sold AS-IS and after test driving the van I notice that the Van Had A LOT OF PROBLEMS WIth the transmission, Engine, Muffler & AC I bought it back and told arthur what was going on and all he said was oh ok and kept playing on his computer at his desk. If you are looking for a car is not the place to buy from AT ALL IT WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME, GAS & BS
