I was in need of a truck I visited a few other dealers, even one I had previously purchased a vehicle from, the welcoming and empathy was cold, but from the online experience at Elder Mittsubishi to the follow up phone call by Heather, to my Amazing sales girl Dasia and her team of associates they made what was turning out to be a nightmare A DREAM COME TRUE! I can now say I am a satisfied owner of a 2017 Nissan Frontier! Thank you guys you're FANTASTIC!!!?

I have been to several dealerships where I was only given one car as an option not one type of car but just one car and they wanted to charge me way more than what the car was worth I feel and put a device in the car to shut it off if I didn't make a payment but not Elder Mitsubishi I went there thinking I was not going to leave with a car my mom made me go I was so tired of car shopping and being talked to buy dealerships it was frustrating and exhausting but at Elder Mitsubishi Alondra made everything so easy and comforting she kept me positive and I left in a new car I got me a 2017 Volkswagen golf it's a beautiful car and I love it thank you Alondra you are amazing God bless you thank you Elder Mitsubishi you guys rock

He actually cared, was always responsive and put up with all of my questions and different scenarios I threw his way. I appreciate his knowledge and honesty! Johanna was very personable and explained things thoroughly.
