He was considerate and not pushy... customers want to buy a vehicle not be pushed into a vehicle... He did a great job and we liked him alot..The loan officer ( Anton Mursin) also was exceptionally helpful and treated us like family as well.. we had a great experience and if we buy another Infiniti it will be off of Chuck
