Top Notch Service! Outstanding Dealership experience. Roberto Carlos Sanchez, Service Advisor, was very professional and provided all information I needed in servicing our Q70. He made sure I was notified of any and all items that may need servicing, and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. I was in the paperwork process of buying a car, and they sold it to someone else! Communication was very poor overall. No, I would not recommend wasting your time and effort on this dealership.

As soon I walked in for my appointment everyone was so

As soon I walked in for my appointment everyone was so kind and helpful. Instead of having me wait in the shop half a day, I was given a loan and on my way. My repair was complete sooner than expected and pick up was smooth. Thank you Chuck for listening to me annd helping figure out the problem.

This is my third Infiniti lease from Sheehy.

This is my third Infiniti lease from Sheehy. My experience has been positive. Sales and service has been very good. Hence, my third lease agreement from them. Of course,I’ve used service and maintenance more than sales. Experience has always been positive.

Was in for an oil change and trans service.

Was in for an oil change and trans service. Roberto was great and kept me informed of repair . Also didn’t try to upsell what is not needed which is a big plus in an auto shop. Honesty goes a long way. Only reason for 4 stars is they forgot to tighten my transmission belly pan securely and I had to return do to the noise generated but no big deal because Roberto got me taken care of as expected. Will definitely be serving again in another 5k miles. Highly recommended.

Iziz was playing games and I didn't appreciate that.

Iziz was playing games and I didn't appreciate that. He actually tried to get me to come out to the dealership and look at a vehicle that wasn't no longer there. I know the vehicle wasn't there because I got the vehicle transferred to another dealership and I had already purchased it.
