Best car shopping experience ever

This was by far the best sales experience I have encountered thus far. Lance was super patient with me & family. Gave us his complete undivided attention... never pressured me to make a purchase.. he was very very knowledgeable on all the cars I test drove and had an interest in. Gave his complete and total honest suggestions! And he even had my Infiniti Q50 delivered to me from another location. All in all I was super happy with the customer service and and the staff! Kylie was also super patient & nothing short of amazing as well! Thank you guys!!

Pressure Free Accommodating Sales Assistance

My Infiniti experience was one of the best car purchase experiences of the many I have had over the years. Lance Cote was properly prepared for my initial sales appointment and spent a very long time with me, giving me his undivided attention - including a very long test drive that covered every single feature of the car I was interested in purchasing and equipped with the complex technology package. After the initial appointment, he provided consistent and prompt attention to all my follow-up phone calls and emails, responding quickly and thoroughly. Lance was also prepared for delivery a week later, and made sure that I was 100% pleased before I drove off the lot.

Chuck Vanderwall was exceptional at answering my questions

Chuck was prepared to meet with me, he had prepared the car that I wanted to buy. He was patient and not pushy at all. He listened to what I needed versus what I wanted to hear. The service from Chuck was outstanding as well as every member that was involved in the buying process.

A SOLUTION not a sale

I decided to buy my 2nd Infiniti car from Sheehy Chantilly simply due to the their new GM Aaron S.. Aaron's sales philosophy is not to force a sale but to find a SOLUTION. That same philosophy has trickled down to his salesperson Chuck Vanderwall, Chuck was able to find a Win-Win solution. That solution was taken to the next level to my surprise by his Sales Manager George, simply because I was a repeated customer. George's personal touches in the final negotiations stage sealed the deal. I bought my QX30 AWD on a Friday and by Sunday my brother-in-law was also buying his QX30 from Chuck.

Lance Cote - 2107 Q50

Lance Cote - Infiniti Q50 Hybrid

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my vehicle, and Sheehy fit everything I was looking for: brand dealership, great reviews online, no haggle pricing, etc. And, they truly lived up to my expectations. Sheehy had a great deal on a CPO Infiniti Q50 Hybrid and a G37, so I sent a message to Sheehy to see if the vehicles were still available. Chuck Vanderwall immediately contacted me and within a few days I set up an appointment to test drive them. When I arrived, Chuck Vanderwall was working with another customer, however, Sheehy immediately sent Lance Cote to help me out. He was very knowledgeable (knowing everything I had researched and more), answered all my questions, and was very pleasant to work with. I never felt pressured to buy and only got the feeling that he wanted me to be comfortable and happy with the car. I liked their test drive course since it allowed for both city and highway driving. After testing the Q50 and G37, I settled on the Q50. Lance, without any hesitation, assisted me in checking over the car (e.g., sitting in the drivers seat while I examined the head and brake lights and making sure all of the accessories worked). Once I looked over the car, the paperwork process began. I intended to finance the vehicle and already had a great rate from my credit union. Sheehy was able to best that offer, only increasing my satisfaction with this dealership. I had to wait a little while another customer was going through their paperwork, but, during this time, Lance engaged in pleasant conversation and made sure I was comfortable (even going as far as to replace my empty water bottle without me even realizing it). Once it was my turn, I went through signing all the documentation and was now the proud owner of a car. Before I left, Lance gave me his business card and told me to contact him anytime I needed anything; that his service extends beyond just purchasing the car. And, this held true; my backup key-less remote was not working, and, after sending him an email, he immediately put me in touch with someone to assist me - on his day off, no less. Overall, I had a pleasant buying experience, and Lance was a huge part of that. I would recommend Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly, not for only great and fair prices, but for excellent customer service as well.
