We visited Acura of Omaha in the fall of 2022 to look at an MDX. We decided it wasn’t the right time for a purchase. We recently went back to look at an RDX. We were met by our salesman, Jay Kraus, who somehow remembered us from 6 months ago. We described what we were looking for and Jay found us the exact car we wanted. Jay was a pleasure to work with and also got us the price we wanted for our trade in.

I have been an Acura of Omaha customer since 1987. Jay Krause has been amazing to work with on my last 2 purchases. The first wan a preowned MDX. Recently he helped me through a long process of ordering a new TLX Type S. He was always helpful and extremely knowledgeable, but most of all he was patient and very considerate. Acura of Omaha is an exceptional dealership giving top levels of service. Out sales person Jay Kraus was incredible in not only his knowledge of the car but his extensive explanation and demonstration of all th features of the car. No salesman in our over 100 new cars ever explained things so effectively and completely . He even helped understand features in our new 2023 Pilot that he did not even sell . Incredible!
