SRX. 2015
I had my car serviced on Tuesday and told the service person. I was leaving for Florida on Friday. He said I was all set. The first two and a half hours I had no windshield washer. It was snowing and blowing. I had to stop and put snow on the windshield to see the road. It did start working after two and a half hours.

My Health ,I have a balance issue from a stroke that I had, and I had a computer software recall on my Buick. I also needed an oil change and the air in my tires checked My salesman, Rod, picked my car up in the morning and took it to service. When it was finished, he brought it back. This was extremely appreciated when you have physical problems.

On a Beautiful Saturday in August......
My husband and I have a vacation home in Michigan and reside in Madison, Wisconsin. Two years ago we purchased a brand new Escalade from Erik Lee at Crown. Erik is our neighbor and has always taken care of us. The Escalade has never had an issue. Then last Saturday -- we had a house full of people that we were transporting in my vehicle -- the screens went dark on the Escalade and you could not tell what was going on with the car. I arrived at the dealership just before they closed and they all stayed behind to get me in a vehicle. I am sure they all had better things to do on that Saturday afternoon. They knew I had to return to Wisconsin on Monday and they let me take the loaner. Travis and Erik handled the process and went above and beyond the call of duty. They kept me informed throughout the process. Erik even delivered the car to my home in Michigan and we swapped the loaner. It was a fantastic experience.

Daytime driving light replaced on 2010 Cadillac
Overall service good. I feel the car is poorly designed when removing the front number to replace a light bulb is required. I am quite certain I will NOT purchase another Cadillac.
