From the moment I walked in, I was treated like royalty—minus the crown, but I am sure if you ask nicely it could be arraigned. The whole process was smooth and the team was super friendly. We purchased our Toyota Highlander from Kool Toyota. We had a great experience! Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There wasn’t any pressure and the pricing was fair. Their service department is top notch as well. We will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I had a terrible experience at Kool.
I had a terrible experience at Kool. They outright lied about the value of my trade-in, giving me far less than it was worth. To make matters worse, they’re now selling it for much more. Their dishonesty and lack of transparency are unacceptable. If you’re considering trading in a car here, don’t trust them—get multiple appraisals elsewhere. I’ll never do business with them again.
