I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life and I must say this was my best experience. I started looking for a certain year Camry to fit into my budget and I was greeted with a smile by Steve Galloway. He explained to me the difference between the two model years I was looking at. I ended up buying the year newer Camry because it had a timing chain instead of a timing belt. Steve explained to me that in the long run this would save me some money.(Weird right? A car guy trying to save you money). The negotiations went smooth and Steve worked the whole deal, he did not send in the anagerto work the deal and pressure me. I got such a good deal on this car that I decided to add the paint protection. I only buy dark colored vehicles and the paint protection makes it a lot easier to clean. In fact I brought my truck back to Kool to get paint protection put on that. Mark in F&I got me in and out of my paper work quick and explained any questions I had. After everything was over Steve made sure I knew how to work everything on my car before I got on the road. If you are buying a vehicle give this place a shot. I live on the south side of Grand Rapids and have to drive by a lot of dealerships to get to Kool. It is worth it trust me, you will not be disappointed.

I had purchased twice previously from Kool salesman Steve Galloway and sought him out again to negotiate on the Sienna. The negotiations were friendly and as transparent as could be expected. I wasn't pressured and we reached a price I considered fair to me and the dealer. With Steve it was an amicable process and I expect to be back a 4th time too some day. Consider me a very satisfied Kool customer.

I've purchased two cars from Steve Galloway and been extremely pleased. He even had one car delivered to me 150 miles away! He offered to put leather and heated seats in after market so I didn't have to pay for all the other bells an whistles of the next model up that I didn't care for. Didn't know they could do that!

Steve was funny, knowledgeable and understanding of my car needs and my budget needs. He worked hard over a couple of weeks to present cars that fit my budget and my needs, never pestering me but always touching base as new (used) cars came in that might be right for me. When we had the right car, the negotiation was quick, easy and pleasant. His boss, a funny and handsome bald guy, (forgot his name, sorry) was professional and quick to counter my offer and approve my counter-counter offer. The xxI guy had an awesome mustache (forgot his name too, sorry)was also funny as heck, and signed my paperwork quickly and efficiently and gave me a great deal on a great extended warranty! All in all, I would rate this dealership and Steve and the rest of the staff as a 97.5/100, perhaps the best car buying experience of the 20 or so cars I have purchased in my lifetime. Thanks guys!
