I found a Honda Civic online on a Saturday and requested information. Rob Arsdale reached out to me very quick and he was very considerate of my time. He didn’t make me feel rushed to come to see the car. When I called him on Monday, July 1st he was very accommodating and let me come see the car. I was not planning on buying the car that day, however, he made it very easy. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was nervous. He was very kind, explained everything to me, answered all my questions honestly. Rob and Yama even went as far as helping me with insurance because I did not bring my proof with me. They were very patient, found me new insurance that was lower than what I had been paying. The only “flaw” I can honestly think of is, I ended up paying the listing price on the car and my down payment was $1000 more than I intended to put down. But I did go alone, I have no negotiation skills when it comes to cars so that was kind of a loss on my end & my own fault. The only thing I would change about my experience is I would’ve went with someone who knew about cars and negotiations. But again, I accept that as a fault of my own. Aside from all that, I really appreciate how Rob worked with me. I don’t feel like I got cheated or got tricked into buying the car. I really wanted another Honda Civic and that’s what I got. I also really wanted a Honda Civic coupe with tinted windows, that’s exactly what I got. I’m very satisfied with my car. If I ever need/want a new car I would definitely start with Fremont Ford and specifically ask for Rob & Yama because they made me feel very comfortable & they were super considerate. I would invite them both to my family BBQ’s if that wasn’t a weird thing to do lol
