I really appreciate Michael Pollom the GM at the Fremont Ford Dealership for his professionalism and no haggle approach to our company lease program. He got me what I wanted for my vehicles and what I wanted for the monthly payments. He went out of his way to work with outside vendors to gear up and dress up our vans to have them ready use for our service techs with a simple drop off and pick up approach. I was finally in the market for a new truck. Called Mike Patel as he is an acquaintance from the past. He invited me to come by and see the inventory. Upon my arrival he introduced me to Mustafa. Mustafa showed me the perfect Ford for my situation. About an hour later I am the owner of a 2019 Ford F-150 FTX 4x4. Thank you all of your exceptional service.

Not usually what one might equate with pleasurable but it was. We met one sales person who helped us identify what we really wanted. She had to pass us to a second sales person as she had an appointment customer come in. It was a seem less transition. The second sales person had to deal with our never ending list of changes. We finally got it together and he found us the car. The finance folks were also very personable and friendly. Again it was a pleasure!

The people who helped me that day, were much more for me than the other 3 dealership I visited. Great atmosphere, nice people, and good service.
