HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
While we thought we were getting a great deal we have spent more money in all the lost time dealing with this dealership. From sales to leadership there is absolutely no level of customer service. We normally purchase 10-15 vehicles per year and were trying this dealership out. What a MISTAKE! NEVER PURCHASE FROM FREMONT FORD. They simply don't care about cistomer service. Its more about miving product.

HORRIBLE experience
The level of customer service from sales to general manager is horrible! They might offer good prices thought communications and ability to work through a problem is horrible. How can you tell a person who just purchased a vehicle that a warrantee issue is not going to be addressed or escalated to Ford. NEVER PURCHASE OR HAS SERVICE PERFORMED AT THIS PLACE!

Everything great. No problems. My appointment was for 10:30. I dropped the vehicle of around 8. I received a call saying it was done around 10.

Courtney Husk Made this service experience very personal. She did everything she could when she could. Also the gentleman that checked us in (last name Singh i think) was very friendly to my kids made jokes with them and kept them calm while we were going over paperwork.
