My 2017 Toyota Tacoma was recalled for a repair which would take several hours to complete. I live in Greensboro, NC. I arrived at the service center around 7:45 a.m. on a Friday. I planned on waiting on the repair. Tabitha offered to give me a rental for the weekend and have my Tacoma delivered to me at my office in Greensboro the following Monday. I got my rental and was back home in Greensboro by 9:45 a.m. Then, on Monday, my truck was delivered to me before 10:00 a.m. We made the switch and all was right with the world! I bought the truck in September 2016 and it was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. Thanks to Tabitha and the rest of the team for your awesome customer service. I'll be traveling to your dealership for all of my service needs. It's worth the trip just to be treated right!

Prompt and courteous attention, cooked to order delicious breakfast at the cafe, and my Highlander was ready on time as promised.
