Mike Johnson's Toyota of Hickory provides excellent service. They have helped me resolve issues more than once. The courtesy and knowledge of the employees is massive and speaks for itself. I bought tires from them and have had some issues, the were more than willing to help fix this issue at no cost to me, they are Cooper tires and the issue was with the tires not Toyota but hey made things right...standing by their customers. They have earned my ongoing business and good "word of mouth" advertisement.

Not business practices

My son hit a sign as he fell a sleep driving .Mike Johnson s collision service said they would look it over give a quote. When I call the insurance company they said would send a guy out to look at it well I drove the 2016 Scion I a there but now I can not drive it .as they took it all apart to the fender radiator grill it looks so bad and they told my son they were driving it around the parking lot with out the radiator in it who does this to people's car these r people I trusted to do right as I bought the car new there told my insurents 11,900 to a car I drove for a week before taking it in there was air bags deployed front bumper that need replacing but not 12000 worth of work unless it was someone drove it with out a radiator in it just sickening lost a nice car that's what is a great job is done thank u Toyota !

Mr. Smith, We deeply apologize for the situation that is and also for any miscommunication that might have been. When the vehicle arrived it was unsafe to drive because both curtain airbags had deployed and therefore the seatbelts would not work properly. Upon arrival our staff informed him and his wife of this and explained our process of the repairs: getting the vehicle in and disassembled. We have currently done this, as well as had the insurance company come and look a the vehicle. The insurance company has determined that the vehicle is a total loss/un-repairable. There has been a slight miscommunication, it seems, of the process and at what stage the vehicle is in. The vehicle has be disassembled in the damaged area, which includes but is not limited to the front bumper, grille, fender, radiator, condenser. We have not been joy riding in the vehicle but have moved the vehicle very short distances as we do all of our vehicles (ie in and out of the building). I can assure you that based on our process the vehicle was driven into our store for disassembly the exact way that the vehicle was driven to our store by (Mr. and Mrs. Smith) and then once disassembled was backed out of our store and parked. Should the vehicle be repairable and not a total loss we would guarantee PRE-accident condition and the vehicle would be fully restored to how they received it when purchased. At this point we are waiting on the insurance company to get back with us as to if they have settled with you and what the decision is going to be for moving the vehicle out of our store. Excellent Service Up on the Hill

Took my 2009 Corolla in for routine service, oil change, tire rotation and yearly inspection. Was met with a smile and greeting from Brandon Sigmon,. Work was done promptly and when finished my car was taken through the dealership's car wash before being handed back over to me. Great service, great employees and a fantastic facility. Love the complimentary snacks and comfy seating in the waiting area.

Coming in for the second time over the years for maintenance/ this time insp. & ending up going home in a new car both times, should say a lot about the good deals they make on a great car. Moved us thru the unexpected process efficiently, they are up to date with the newest technology to move you thru the finance procedure & also keep you updated on the maintenance process as it moves along in a comfortable atmosphere,

Excellent customer service

Made an appointment with Wallace. He had our vehicle ready in the front of the dealership when we arrived. We took our test drive and loved the RAV4 but undecided about the color. Wallace wanted to be sure that we were happy with the color, he brought another RAV in another color to compare side by side. We were then sure we wanted the first one. There was no pressure negotiating our price. The whole experience was excellent and the amenities you get from buying from Mike Johnson is icing on the cake. Go see Wallace if you are interested in top notch customer service.

Great Service

Experience for service was very good, everyone friendly and helpful. Setting up an appointment was easy, told me exactly where to come at the dealership and who to look for when I arrived. Wait wasn't long, walked me out to my car and thanked me for coming.

Poor Service

Did not turn off maintenance light, next service sticker on windshield was current mileage. Did they really do the service?? I wonder. I will use another dealership even though I bought new here.

Scheduled Maintenance

I brought my Rav 4 in for scheduled maintenance and they seemed to be very backed up with other customers. I thought I would have to wait a long time but Jorge my service Rep saw i had an appointment he made sure my car was put in right away. I have never had service this fast and this friendly before!.
