I wanted to replace my Nissan Crosscabriolet that my grandson totaled in an accident. They are very hard to come by as they are no longer being made. I found quite a few by going online and Palomino Motors was within my driving range for an overnight trip. Gina responded very quickly to my request to check availability and was very helpful and pleasing to work with. She had all the paperwork ready for me so there was no long ordeal at the dealership. All their cars looked to be in pristine condition. I will definitely check with Palomino Motors and make another drive to Dallas if I am ever in the market for another car.

Gina and Mo were wonderful to deal with and made our two purchases the best used car buying experiences of all time. I found these guys online while searching for a late model luxury SUV. They have apparently been in business for over 20 years. I test drove and considered vehicles of same year, make, and model at a couple other local no haggle used car dealerships prior to arriving to test drive at this dealership. This dealership Was offering the same year make and model for sale but with many more features, in better condition (I would say immaculate condition) both inside and out, for a better price than the two other no haggle dealerships I considered. There was no pressure to buy and they did not seem to care in the least that I was going to use someone else to finance the vehicle. They provided me with the (clean) Carfax report on the car -- something they apparently do for every vehicle they sell-- and they were upfront about the fact that the car only had one key. The car was missing an owners manual (important to a nerd like me) and they were able to find one for me. It appears that many/most of their vehicles are lease returns loaded with features and as such most have relatively low mileage. We were so impressed and had such a good experience that we returned and bought a second (less expensive) used vehicle for our college age son. Both vehicles we purchased had remaining manufacturers warranty, clean car faxes, were in great condition and I could not touch the price. This honest dealership provides great vehicles, in great condition, at a great price, with no hassle, no pressure to buy or finance with them. They have earned our loyalty. We will be back for our next car purchase.
