I cannot recommend this place enough. From the ordering process to the finance department to pickup of the vehicle, everything was incredible. Customer service were top notch and Chip and Shelby were the best people for the job. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle no matter how far you live away. Don’t look anywhere else

Kudos to Granger Ford for being able to remain in business despite their stringent efforts to not sell cars. I requested to be contacted about a Bronco that they show as in stock on their website. At first, communication was as expected. I received both a text message and email from Amy Davidson that my request had been received and confirming that email was an acceptable form of communication. After that, they ghosted me. I received no email or call regarding my desire to purchase the vehicle. I sent a follow-up email asking if a delay was normal and, again, received no response from Amy or anyone else. I even confirmed that there were no missed calls or emails sent to my spam folder. They just didn't bother to even acknowledge my existence or desire to do business with them. If Granger treats someone like this before they even purchase, I can't imagine what the service would be like once they had my money. I will not consider Granger for this or any future purchase.

I went into Granger Ford on 12/6/24 to purchase a new 2025 Ford Explorer I had selected online, ready to make the purchase when I arrived. Started out with an extremely low offer for my trade-in, far below what I had already been offered at other dealerships already (they did not have the vehicle I wanted). After reading the reviews, it seems like this is a common occurrence at Granger Ford. I advised the sales rep that was far lower than what I was already offered at competing Ford dealerships, they then went back to the sales manager with this information & came back with a higher trade offer, which was still lower than what I was already offered, but was okay with. I told the rep that & then proceeded to discuss that the vehicle price in the 4 square price didn't seem to reflect the $1000 cash rebate (Ford manufacture incentive) or the $1000 "Test Drive Bonus Cash" (advertised on this specific vehicle online listing). The rep said that it includes a $1000 financing bonus if we finance through the dealership & that if we did not, the price would increase by $1000. However, did not address the other advertised offers I was asking about. The rep said they didn't know anything about the offers & doesn't deal with those because there are so many. It seemed odd they would not be aware of available rebates & offers, especially from Ford, being a Ford dealership. They took it back to the sales manager. The rep came back again & said that the $1000 "Test Drive Bonus Cash" is for when new vehicles are used as loaners & this one had not yet been used for that & didn't qualify. We explained that offer is listed on this specific vehicle's online listing & even showed them, & the rep just kind of shrugged their shoulders, like - too bad. We we're frustrated with this & they took it back again to ask if there was anything they could do. The sales manager, Arin, came out & basically told us the same thing. I told him I was fine with the trade-in offer even though it was lower than others I received, but I wanted to discuss the price of the vehicle further to finalize a deal, considering all the advertised incentives & discounts had not been applied. Arin said "we are a one price dealership". I tried to bring up the other incentives & things we we're discussing with the rep & the response was another canned "we are a one price dealership" with a shrug. There was no attempt at all to work together to make this sale. I told them, I guess we won't be making a sale then. Arin's response was simply "okay, thanks for coming out", walked away. The experience was cold, canned, & frankly, insulting. Reading the reviews, seems to happen at Granger Ford. We were also told up front by the sales rep that Granger Ford does not do any military, farm bureau, AAA, or student discounts - which are all discounts advertised & offered directly by Ford as a manufacturer on ford vehicle purchases. It seems off that they don't honor those discounts at a FORD DEALERSHIP. My husband is a disabled veteran & it was insulting for that to be rattled off. One last thing, I had called in advance to make an appointment & when I arrived, the sales rep had no idea who I was or why I was there. They said they would go find out. When it was time to sit down & start discussing things, there was already a customer working with this rep on a sale & was actively working with finance etc. The other customer was sitting at the sales rep's desk & when we walked over to discuss our purchased, the rep just kind of waved to the customer to get up & the customer did & moved to a different table. I thought it was just another employee there when I first saw the exchange, found it was a customer actively purchasing a vehicle from this sales rep. The other customer's paperwork was sitting right in front of us & was left there with us unattended multiple times. It seems irresponsible to leave customer paperwork with their information on it out in front of other customers.

All my questions were answered promptly and the pricing information was transparent and easy to understand. Buying my F350 through Granger was the easiest large-item purchase I've ever made. I'm so glad I discovered your dealership through the Ford Truck Enthusiasts forum. From the time I was picked up at the airport to the time I was driving home in my new truck was less than 2 hours. The next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, my first choice will be Granger.

I have purchased new vehicles from a number of dealers in the overall region. Frankly, none of them have been as easy to deal with and take delivery from as Granger. Yes, it was a bit of a drive from NW Wisconsin to the Iowa location. But the ease of ordering, keeping track of the status, working with finance and taking delivery more than made up for that convenience. And I can't say enough positive about Chip and Shelby. They really went out of their way to facilitate the entire experience. Again - kudos to them all.

After dealing with a number of dealers over the years purchasing a number of new vehicles, I can't recommend Granger enough. The staff was outstanding, the process was as smooth and efficient as one could hope for and delivery met all my expectations. Kudos to all involved
