From when we made our first call to Samantha @ Granger Ford, to when she handed us the keys to our new 2026 F250 was a total pleasure! We felt welcomed and included in the process! We were never made to feel unimportant during the sales process, more so they made us feel totally involved. Granger Ford Sales structure should be a standard model for all dealerships to follow across the nation. We never had a single bad or worrisome moment during our purchasing experience. Who can say that truthfully in today's car market! Shelby and Samantha are great people who sell cars and over saw the delivery of our new F250 and it was they who made the experience exceptional in our eye's. Folks it doesn't get any better than this!!

I recently purchased a warranty for my Dark Horse. I was skeptical at first but took a chance. Everything turned out great. I got my warranty cheaper than what my dealer wanted for HALF the coverage. Checked with a local for dealership and they confirmed my purchase! Go for it you can’t go wrong! Easy transaction, I printed everything out and put it in the glove box.

Great experience - Cassandra was very helpful and professional. Answered e-mails in a timely fashion and answered my questions when I called for additional information. Purchased 100,000 mile warranty and Tire Care (Michigan roads/pot holes) for 2026 Ranger Lariat and their total cost for both items was a savings of $1,015 better than my dealership. Found out about Granger Ford and their warranty thru the Ranger Forum and they received great recommendations about their staff and pricing. When I mentioned Granger Ford to the finance manager - he shrugged his shoulders and would not make a counter offer.

They did a very good job for me. She did a real good job of making sure my questions were answered.

Very good experience overall. I purchased an extended warranty for my new 2026 F150 truck. The entire process was online and easy to execute.. I called to verify the coverage of the extended warranty with a local Ford dealer. They verified it by my VIN number. All good. Would highly recommend Granger.
