After dealing with a number of dealers over the years

After dealing with a number of dealers over the years purchasing a number of new vehicles, I can't recommend Granger enough. The staff was outstanding, the process was as smooth and efficient as one could hope for and delivery met all my expectations. Kudos to all involved

I have purchased new vehicles from a number of dealers in the overall region. Frankly, none of them have been as easy to deal with and take delivery from as Granger. Yes, it was a bit of a drive from NW Wisconsin to the Iowa location. But the ease of ordering, keeping track of the status, working with finance and taking delivery more than made up for that convenience. And I can't say enough positive about Chip and Shelby. They really went out of their way to facilitate the entire experience. Again - kudos to them all.

Recently purchased extended warranty from Granger, did everything online painlessly. I did my homework and Granger offers the most price competitive prioduct. There was a small issue and the promptly contacted me to get it fixed.

Easiest auto purchase in my life. We traded our car in and Granger gave us what they said they would. Wish I was younger, because I would buy fro. Granger again!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Mitchell

I recently had a disappointing experience with Mitchell Thurman and Granger Ford that I feel compelled to share. My initial interaction with Mitchell was to discuss the purchase of a new 2024 Ford F-350. As part of this process, I inquired about the trade-in value for my current vehicle. They assessed the condition of my vehicle, including acknowledging existing body damage as reported by CARFAX, and quoted a trade-in value of $47,000 (which Mitchell described as a lower offer because of said damage.) However, after I mistakenly mentioned receiving a lower trade-in offer of $25,000 from another shady dealer in my hometown, the situation took a turn for the worse. The manager at Granger Ford. Aaron, suddenly requested additional pictures and details of my vehicle, stating they "need to re-evaluate the cost of fixing the body damage." This request was perplexing since we had already agreed on a trade-in value with the damage taken into account. Despite my efforts to clarify and resolve the situation, Granger Ford refused to honor the original trade-in quote instead submitting a new quote of $41,000.00 for trade-in . This backtracking is a classic bait-and-switch tactic, which has caused me to significantly diminish my trust in Granger Ford. I made the choice to rescind my application and request that they inform any banks they had shared my information with of my decision. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given Granger Ford's reputation as a 5-star dealer. It's disheartening to see such a lack of integrity in honoring agreed-upon deals based on Granger's emotion regardless of material facts that have never once changed. I would caution anyone considering doing business with Granger Ford to be wary of potential inconsistencies and to ensure all agreements are clearly documented.

Bought an extended warranty for my 2021 F150.

Bought an extended warranty for my 2021 F150. Service was prompt and knowledgeable. Well priced. Completed the transaction with one phone call. I wish I could buy a new truck from these guys. Wife says no more new trucks. Keep driving the 2021. She is next in line for a new one. She has her point. At least she left me a glimmer of hope down the line. I will say that it was very difficult to leave my excellent review. Still working on it.

I had the very best experience at Granger Motors in Granger, IA. Angel was a huge help explaining trim packages and getting me in a new Ford Maverick Lariat. He was patient, informative, and we spent hours there narrowing down the best truck for me. Take the trip to Granger, ask for Angel! The best vehicle buying experience ever! Thank you Angel-you we’re a huge help, and I appreciate the time spent with me!

Utilized Granger online for an extended warranty for my

Utilized Granger online for an extended warranty for my 2023 Ford Bronco. The process was straightforward and couldn't have been easier. It was well explained - I made my choice, paid and in a few days I had communication from someone at Granger letting me know that my warranty was registered to my vehicle and confirming that I didn't have any additional questions. Very happy with them, and would recommend to anyone looking for the best price on the Ford ESP!

Purchased the FORD PREMIUM SERVICE WARRANTY.

Purchased the FORD PREMIUM SERVICE WARRANTY. Completed everything online and had a question that was handled professionally by Maria Marzolf in a very timely manner. Just a thought, I saved about 2500 over the local dealer's price, so couldn't you use that money as well? No need to use the warranty yet, however I am sure I will before long. My Bronco Sport has 35K miles on it and we plan on keeping it for a long time. Maria Marzolf thanks for the help and emails, they made you my preferred dealer due to GOOD SERVICE. Thanks again.
