Charged 4,000 more than the vehicle was listed for and...
Charged 4,000 more than the vehicle was listed for and did not communicate any changes! They said PermaPlate was not optional and it IS!! They added the oil change option to my contract prior to even asking me if I wanted it! Finance rushes you through the paperwork and did not even give me a chance to read even when I tried! Extremely disappointed, and I do not recommend this place! They are a joke, and there are plenty of other places to purchase a vehicle that will treat you fairly!

Do Not Purchase From Them

They took a very long time getting our car in the shop...
They took a very long time getting our car in the shop after our scheduled appointment for some fairly minor work. They also unnecessarily purged and recharged our ac when not needed and want us to pay for it.

I bought a used 2019 Ram 1500 classic here in June. My...
I bought a used 2019 Ram 1500 classic here in June. My truck is now in the shop needing major transmission work because it was sold with a cracked in the transmission case and covered up by JB weld or some other product. When I called the dealership to see if they would remedy this issue and help get it fixed I couldn't get past the sales person who told me I'm on the hook for repair as it's past the limited warranty even though I can prove it started leaking 1 month after purchase and cracked case has patch job fix. If this level of customer service is satisfactory I will never return here. If Lithia will make it right, I welcome that call and will praise them accordingly for doing the right thing.

When we scheduled the service they told us we needed to...
When we scheduled the service they told us we needed to have our tires rotated, so we scheduled that along w the oil change. I brought the car in, and then they told us we didn't need the tires rotated, which was the complete opposite of what they told us over the phone. The inconsistent message and communication was not ideal. The car is a year old, but only has around 6000 miles.
