Over the years I have bought 6-7 cars , trucks from Speedway Chevrolet and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The people here are professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The same can be said about their service dept. I highly recommend Speedway Chev.

This is the 3rd car we have bought from Shane Hagens at Speedway Chevrolet. We keep coming back for the customer service at point of sale and service maintenance. Shane takes the time to see what our needs are and never tries to upsell or show us something else. He keeps the process informative but light. It is always a positive experience. The service department is always prepared, timely, stands behind their work. And as a new EV owner, free charging is a bonus! We have also bought an rv from their rv center - I truly believe they may be the only honest rv center based on experiences with thier competitors. Would highly recommend Shane and Speedway to anyone!

Hands down they have the BEST customer service. I usually work with Justin Nelson but he was on vacation and Shane Haggens stepped up and was so helpful. I was looking for a truck from there sister store and he had it coming within an hour for us to look at. This is the 5th purchase from Speedway!! Our car buying experience started from overseas as we were preparing to make a military move back to the United States. From the very beginning our salesman, Shane was incredibly attentive and worked hard to make sure all of our needs were met. When we arrived in country, we reached out to Shane and he prepared all of our paperwork and made sure our vehicle was ready to go. Arriving at the dealership, we received a very warm welcome, everybody worked to get the buying process completed and get us on our way so we could check into our hotel and get some much-needed rest. The staff was so friendly, efficient, and set us up with the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. I couldn’t imagine a better car buying experience than Speedway Chevrolet offered. Unfortunately, our final destination was in the southern part of the country, but if we lived in the Pacific Northwest, there is no question we would be purchasing a vehicle from them again in the future. We purchased my husband’s Silverado from Shane at Speedway Chevrolet back in 2012, and we we were so pleased with our experience that we returned last week to work with Shane again for the purchase of my 2024 Chevy Blazer RS. Took my car in for service and Nathan supplied superior customer service! Calling with an estimate and ordering the replacement part from another state. The car was done earlier than expected and I will definitely go back if needed!

Shane Hagans could not have made my first car purchase any easier! My husband and I showed up looking for a new vehicle for me with little idea of what we were looking for. While my husband knows cars, I do not. I know what looks good, what feels good, and what features are must haves. Shane took the time introducing us (me) to the various models available, answering a plethora of questions, and helping me build an idea of what my dream vehicle might be. Shane encouraged us to test drive multiple vehicles multiple times. He could tell I was picky and he wanted to ensure I ended up with a vehicle that had everything on my wish list. Many hours later, I found the car... MY car. This was the first vehicle I ever felt was perfect for me. Okay... that was the fun part, now on to the paperwork, negotiating, signing, etc.. (All of which went smoothly too- but no one wants to hear about that.) The entire Chevy team was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Was very pleased until after i had signed all the paperwork the vehicle only came with one key and they were unwilling to provide a second key. They gave me a quote to get a second key and after calling other dealerships I am able to get one for much cheaper. I will be using this other dealership from now on

What can I say about my experience with Speedway Chevrolet other than top rate experience from start to finish. Buying a car site unseen from out of state is hard enough but they not only made me feel comfortable the whole team welcomed me when I arrived.
