Great used car experience!
Great experience all around here buying a used car! Tagged a car for price updates and they reached out to me that day to see if we could work something out. Met me in the middle on the used car price, gave a more than fair price on my trade, and let me have a week to get more liquid cash to complete buying the car outright.

Great Customer Experiences
I’ve been going to Speedway/Lee Johnson Chevrolet in Monroe for 20+ years. I live in Shoreline but make the trek to Monroe for the excellent service both I and my vehicles receive. From the time I make the appointment to when I’m driving off the lot after the appointment, the team addresses any and all concerns and clearly communicates what’s been done or what needs attention. Now that my daughter has her own car, they’re the team I trust to ensure her car is running its best. Last, I truly appreciate the how I’m treated by the team, especially Scott - it’s like spending time with friends who happen to be automotive experts.

Terrible Service
Scott the service writer is a good person to deal with. The service that they do is terrible. They changed my oil and when I got home, I had a 6" + spot on the driveway of my brand-new home. Otherwise, the driveway is pristine. They put the wrong airpressuer in all of the tires. So far off was it that the TPMS came on showing low pressure & thats with one sensor out.

I came in recently to have my regular oil change service
I came in recently to have my regular oil change service on my 2015 Corvette and there was some confusion on my part as to what a battery check entailed. Scott Aaenson the service rep gave me the benefit of the doubt on the expense and and I only paid for the oil service. Speedway will continue to perform all the service needs for my car in the future and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Buying a new car is like going to the Dentist. Not...
Buying a new car is like going to the Dentist. Not something I look forward to. My experience at Speedway Chevrolet in Monroe changed my opinion. They get a rating of “10” in all parts of the transaction. My salesman, Anthony, was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable and diligent in making sure I was satisfied. The Sales Manager, Justin Nelson went well above his responsibility to make sure I was happy and that his salesman had the support he needed. He did all this even though we faced obstacles. I will be back!
