I made an appointmemt to go to the maintenance center at 8/26 am 8 clock.around 9 clock,they informed me that I would not be able to pick up the car until 3 clock in the afternoon,I offered to give me a spare car or have a car to take me home,but was rejected ,I really very disappointed with you guys,how bad could your service be?

My wife and I purchased a new 2023 Honda Pilot Trailsport on 08/06/2023. We had been looking at vehicles all evening at various other dealers and decided on West Covina Honda after later discovering their inventory online. The fact that we arrived at the dealership after closing time didn’t discourage your excellent team.
