In response to my previous review, I was asked to reach out to the Sales Manager J. Salam by the General Manager, Gen Balouev. . I did reach out to Mr. Salama and he offered to make a monthly payment towards my account because of the unsatisfactory experience I had. I accepted the offer and got it in writing. I realized that maybe I shouldn't judge this dealership on a couple of employees. That was not the case. It is clear why some of the employees are practicing dishonest sales techniques. I would love to discuss this disappointing experience with G. Balouev. Until then I HIGHLYH RECOMMEND YOU READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING A CAR FROM NORM REEVES HONDA IN WEST COVINA. I Follow up with a response if The General Manager responds.

Fast Services, Excellent Communication and Easy to work with. Able to reach person easily and fast transaction to buy and sell cars.

Had several lukewarm and even bad experiences with other dealerships before coming to Norm Reeves. The others were either indifferent (like, "were they even trying to sell me a car?" kinda bad) or they were just too pushy and wanted all my contact information before we even looked at a vehicle on the lot. Like bro, you have no business knowing my driver's license and personal contact info unless we close a deal..chill. I finally decided that I shouldn't just go to the closest dealer near me and made the far drive to Norm Reeves in West Covina after looking up some reviews. Best decision ever. Great experience right as I walked into the dealership! I was greeted by Francisco Alvarez, who was both friendly and helpful in getting right to the heart of the matter, which was to get me the exact car I wanted. He was more then willing to sit down with me to look over the numbers and went the extra mile to make sure my car had exactly what I was looking for as far as color, additional features, etc. If you are shopping for a car, I actually suggest you try other places first so that you can see the difference in quality of service when you finally come here. It makes you realize how much better Norm Reeves is compared to them and why they got all their good reviews!

Very pleasant and best experience I have had in buying a car. My sales person knows her cars very well. She spent the time needed in showing me the car and set up of all the features. I would highly recommend her and this dealership.

John and Ricky were A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!! What an outstanding experience purchasing a vehicle for my mother. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and not high pressure which I appreciated. I only wish they would have provided more details on the packages (protection package, extended warranty and security) that I had purchased. Basically the only information I received regarding these packages was that I had purchased them and what the terms were.

My experience at West Covina was amazing David Ochoa is the best was able to get me the car of my dreams and pricing was good.

Very disappointed with Norm Reeves Honda. I was lied to by Steve, the salesman and Chris Dao. This was my 3rd car leased from this dealership and will be my last. We agreed on a deal and when it came to signing it was different. When I brought up to the salesman and Chris Dao they both lied and obviously don’t care about the repeat customer.
