Fast service

Brought my car in without an appointment in the afternoon it was making a howling noise, I am a mobile signing agent and I need my car for my work. They said they were backed up, but would try to work it in. I wasn't planning on them getting to it so I was surprised when they called and said I had a bad wheel bearing. I told them to go ahead and repair it and I picked up a few hours later. Great job by the service dept.

great service, clean facilities

We had good, friendly customer service. They answered all of our questions. They made it a fun experience for my first new vehicle. We did have one thing wrong with the dash that was not found by inspection by salesman. They will call when part is in for us to come in and have them replace it.

Nice facility

I walked in asked for a sales person and was helped right away. We went for a test drive and I bought the truck. Very accommodating.

I was disappointed to discover that Bob Brown Chevrolet had on a record an e-mail address for me that was not mine and never had been mine. Consequently I had not been receiving requests for feedback since I bought my car 2 1/2 years ago.
