Service Appointment

I was disappointed to discover that Bob Brown Chevrolet had on a record an e-mail address for me that was not mine and never had been mine. Consequently I had not been receiving requests for feedback since I bought my car 2 1/2 years ago.

Awesome Service

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. It was cool how they have a whole crew of people come out and congratulate you when you guy a car. I have never had that happen to me before.

Great customer service!!

The folks at Bob Brown Chevrolet not only took care of a very serious problem with my truck but took care of me too. They were courteous, kind, caring, informative and very professional. They diagnosed and fixed the problem but also listened to me as I spoke of the initial trouble till the day it was fixed. Everyone who helped along the way were very helpful. I would recommend their staff to everyone who may be in need of repair. I will be a customer again!!!!

Great service, excellent customer support.

The transaction was done remotely and could have been very difficult. Luke Bowers the salesman was involved in every step and kept me informed through the process. When the paperwork arrived for signing and notary, there were no last minute surprises. I am very happy with Bob Brown Chevrolet and would consider buying my next car through them in the future.

Mediocre Experience

I was emailed promptly, but no one ever called me personally. We worked out a deal on a vehicle and got down to the buying part. I have a pre approved B of A Auto Loan check. They are a B of A approved lender, which means that all I needed to give them was the approval number. They demanded that I give them a credit application, which B of A told me that I did not need to do. The business manager had no clue how to handle a service that they were approved to accept. By the time he got back with me, I had already decided that this was not the place to buy a vehicle from. I did not buy the Ford Explorer. I would not consider a purchase from them in the future. I believe every good sale begins with a phone call. They are lacking in the customer service department.

Professional service

We had bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox on July 13 and was very happy with it, but when we brought it home it had rust on all of the lower door panels, something that we should have checked better, we felt terrible about bringing it back and hope that this hasn't caused problems on your end. Our sales guy Randy Hatch has been nothing but kind. We are hoping to still continue to do business with you.
