I live in Columbus Ohio, and had been searching for a vehicle at various car sites on the web. I found a vehicle of interest that happen to be at your location in Rainbow City, Alabama, and put in a request for information and received a call from Mr. Draper. From his first hello and throughout our many conversations, I could tell that he was a good person to do business with. I never purchased a vehicle online from another state and had my misgivings about doing so, especially after dealing with some other dealers with unfavorable results. Mr. Draper was patient and understanding and went above and beyond the call of duty to provide all of the information I requested about their car. Dennis was a great salesman. He explained everything about the Hyundai Santa Fe that we were looking at. He took his time with us. Then we met Justin Cheatwood. He was very helpful with the finance end. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us. As far a car buying experience this was the easiest ever.

I had not planned to purchase a vehicle but wanted to begin a search for one. This team were so awesome and helpful! Mike, Todd and Justin were very kind and helpful to my daughter and me! First of all I am a widow. And I have 3 grandchildren. So taking the leap to even go and look scared me to death. When I got out of my car I was greeted by Jeff Draper and then Alex Hudson after speaking with them they recommend a couple of cars. Showed them to me... let me drive them and explained to me the benefits of each one. After picking a favorite!! At that time they begin to started with the paper work and explained things as we went. Then I met Justin Cheatwood and Todd Thomas all 4 of these gentlemen made this experience awesome!! I am telling everyone about my experience it was excellent. I will recommend them to everyone!!
