Great Service Department

The Service Department employees were very efficient, and kind. They found the problem with my vehicle and made needed repairs in a very short time. The whole area was very neat and clean. A very pleasant experience.

Best experience we have ever had with a dealership. Sales manager finance department all that was great Cannot think of our salesman’s name but a fantastic job he did

Friendly and courteous service

Took my car for oil change, tires etc. Courteous and friendly service. I fell asleep and the attendant gently woke me up and said your car is ready.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful. They made sure that I was well informed & comfortable the whole time I was there. I had a great experience. I would definately recommend Hyundai of Gadsden to everyone.

Jeffrey, thank you again for everything.

It was a positive experience they gave me a fair price for my trade in, willing to work with me in getting into a ballpark price that I needed to be and they even invited me to lunch. Thank you Jeffrey, Justin and the financial desk officer for all your help. Now my challenge is learning all the electronics equipment. Above all the service render was excellent.

Awesome Dealership

Very pleasant crew… Mr Draper was the best salesman ever! Would definitely buy from him again! Service department is also awesome and that truly matters when you buy a new car… A+++++

HORRIBLE

Every other dealer has said I have suspension problems I brought this car there and they said there is no problems. I asked them to walk over to another sonata they had on that lot and let me show them my car moves so much more but they refused. I then walked around to talk to the technicians and I caught them bad mouthing me so I started filming it When I said I can hear you, they got mad at me for them bad mouthing me! when I was getting ready to leave the car literally would not start one of the problems I brought it there for they said good luck with that! It is not the battery and indicates a SERIOUS PROBLEM hopefully it does not catch on fire like the other Hyundia's with engine problems and cause serious injury.l instead of being apologetic and saying man we're sorry we should not have behaved like that. Hey let's check out why it starts and quits. Nope They put me on the interstate with a car that's under warranty and refused to even look at it Also the technician told the manager that I ran a red light during the test drive this is utter rubbish! this just goes along with him bad mouthing customers he just badmouth me and I filmed it let's see a history of bad mouthing obviously lying now they go hand-in-hand. I highly recommend you stay away from any company that badmouth the customers when they're having serious problems with their car and forget about that 60,000 mile warranty they don't honor it as obvious by my car not starting in them doing nothing

Bait and Switch! BUYER BEWARE!

Bait and Switch! BUYER BEWARE! Will not honor their own website/advertising! We found a used car advertised online as we were passing through town while traveling. I called on it and was told the car was in the shop to fix a recall so I couldn’t look at it then. We stopped in the dealer just to get more information. We spoke to Benjamin the sales manager as well as the GM. Very personable and friendly. I told them we were looking for a first car for a new driver, explained that safety features were very important. The second heading on the ad in all caps was BACKUP CAMERA. Great! That’s what we wanted. Over the next several days, we were in touch, trying to test drive it when it came back from the shop. I asked several more times if it had a backup camera to verify. Was told if the ad said so, then yes. The car came back, we drove 1 1/2 hours to test drive/buy the car. Of course- no backup camera or alarm system as advertised. All of a sudden, they couldn’t “remember” me asking about a backup camera. GM left quickly so we couldn’t talk to him. Sales person pulled out the tiny print that says they don’t have to be accurate in advertising. I was upset but my teen was very excited about the car. I showed Benjamin the $500 off our best price coupon that came from THEIR site. He told me they would never honor it, even though it popped up when I was looking at that exact car. They made my child’s first car-buying experience a bad one and were totally fine doing so. I would NEVER shop there again or recommend anyone buying from them. The car seems great (only had it for 1 day so far). Customer service was awful!

Well.. what can I say I had a meeting to purchase a...

Well.. what can I say I had a meeting to purchase a vehicle they called at 9 o'clock I was at work I called back at lunch and made an appointment to buy!! that called when I was pulling in to make sure I was still coming.. I told them I was pulling in!! I sat down gave my info had the bank ready for a transfer and the manager comes over and tells me that the vehicle had sold and walked off!!!! Wow I really drove 30 mins after work for this!! I had an appointment?? How did it get sold out from under me while I was literally setting there??? What happened??
