Charles Gabus Ford

If you buy a vehicle anywhere else, you are robbing yourself of a "better than expected" experience! I planned on buying a Camry, Accord or Sonata only to find out that the Fusion was a much better choice. Not to forget that Ford is one of the few American Cars that did not take part in the government bailout. That matters to me and my family.

My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at Charles Gabus Ford. We did not feel pressured to buy in any way. We felt we knew what we wanted upon arrival, and was not talked out of my objective. Marde was there for us within a couple minutes of arrival, and wanted to show us what they had. He explained what he was doing,as he went through that process. We also made a call to my 90yr old parents to help me understand the process of calling out. I do like the SYNC system services, and will probably keep that feature going. Marde returned to us after each step in the process of finance and delivery of our fusion. He stayed with his customer, and that made us feel more comfortable. As we drove away, Marde was there congratulating us and wishing us well! Steve was great! Very responsive and made the deal over the internet go very smoothly. A couple of extras had to be ordered, Steve called us the minute they were in and the service department did a great job with installation. JP was (and continues to be) very helpful with the ins and outs of the Sync system.

After moving to Iowa 6 years ago, we just purchased our third car here at Charles Gabus Ford. We have had Pat Crane all three times when dealing and he has been great to work with. He took great care of us and have recommended this dealership to all our family and friends, and to especially ask for Pat. My wife likes to take the car in for oil changes as they really have great customer service department also, and that means ALOT! We are really glad that we chose to come here when we moved into the area.

Kelly was great to work with as well as the whole dealership is why we bought our new Fushion. They did the best they could do with price, quality and timeliness of the whole experience.

I had been dealing with a dealership for three weeks when looking for a newer car to get into but after much waiting for a response a friend referred me to Charles Gabus Ford so I went online, found the vehicle I wanted and filled out the application. Much to my surprise and negotiating skills (on Noah's part) I got approved for the vehicle I wanted the next day and due to some conflicts at home was able to drive it home two days from when I first submitted the application. Noah was great in all aspects of my experience. We'll be back to get my husband into another vehicle, hopefully soon!
