Great Service

Marty my sales associate was amazing and helped me figure out what I needed and what I could afford, which is extremely great since I just graduated from college. Having someone you can trust that is going to give you good and honest advice helps make the car purchasing experience less of a stressful event.

Great sales and finance person, very helpful

Our sales person, Austin Parks, actually listened to what our needs were. He was very helpful in finding the vehicle that would work for us. This is our second purchase at your location and I will definitely recommend Austin Parks to everyone. Brenda Bracewell in financing was a great help as well, she took the time to explain everything to us, unlike our first vehicle purchase. She made sure we understood what we were paying for. GREAT JOB to the BOTH of them! And a special Hello to Jim Bintner, if it wasn't for him, we would have purchased our first vehicle. He is a wonderful person. GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!

CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE

Low pressure and an understanding what was important to me in my transaction. I was able to call my insurance company and get information about how the new car would affect my insurance and getting gab insurance. The fact that I could conclude the deal on the next day was important as well as being able to call with questions about financing that were answered quickly and accurately.

Prompt and thorough! Checked something that I specifically requested and gave me complete info that indicated there was no issue. Reminded me of upcoming 60,000 mile check.

got the car i wanted!

Brad Harrison was very helpful in finding me the exact car I wanted at a price I could afford! Ive had my eye on the Taurus for awhile and was set as that being my car. Brad was able to put me in that car with comfortable monthly payments. Made my first time car buying experience a good memory!
