World-class service for 20 years of owing Willis Cadillacs!

I've owned 2 DTS's purchased from Willis during the past 20 years. Service has always been world-class which was one of the selling points in buying from them. Both were leased, bought off lease and then had extended warranties. No need to look anywhere else - Willis is the best!

Car purchase experience at Willis Auto Campus

The agent I communicated with was nice and attentive. He had me speak with a supervisor who was 'hawkish' and would not bulge on the cost of the car. He ultimately dropped the price after I threatened to walk away from the deal. The finance person was even worse and was over assuming. Rushed through the purchase process as if he wanted us out of his office ASAP. I was there with my brother and we both felt the same way. I would still recommend this dealer simply because they have a huge variety of cars to look. They are priced similar to other dealers in the area although they will try to make you think otherwise. I will tell my friends not to expect the best customer service experience.

Nissan Murano

Had a very good experience with Willis!! I done extensive research before contacting them threw their websight!! Replied very quickly to me and Answered any concerns I had about the vehicle!! Stay in close contact with men and the salesman was never pushy at anytime!!They only problem I had was finding the right office to go to !! This place is huge!! Went out of the way explaining all the bells and whistles to this SUV!! The young gal that did a the paper work was very sweet and knew what she was doing!! Got a great vehicle at a great price!!Wonderful experience all the way around!!

Infiniti Service Experience

Chris Musselman was outstanding when I needed a new transmission. He alerted me to the fact that an extended warranty for transmission problems was going to run out in 300 miles and that I probably shouldn?t drive home to Cedar Falls. Chris also arranged for a very nice loaner.
