New F Pace Purchase

I had a great buying experience. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. In the end, I went home with a new F Pace that I love! Jack, the general manager was super friendly and addressed any question or concern I had. Nathan, one of the sales guys was very knowledgeable on the car and made my buying experience one I will not forget. Thanks Guys!

Used 2016 Toyota Avalon

We are from out of town. Had selected the car based on internet pictures and pricing. Clearly told them when we would be by to look at and purchase the car. It was not ready. We waited over an hour for it to be "cleaned". Paid $199.00 for detailing (had no choice, car was part of their loaner program so "We have to clean it up and have it ready for you"), all they did was run it through the car wash. There were a couple of leaves inside the engine compartment, bugs guts on the hood and front bumper, dust and light mud on the door sills. Not happy. Asked for total cost so I could have my bank write one check. They gave me their price, then we sat down with the Business Manager and he added over $300.00 in "Dealer prep" We love the car and the price we paid for it, NOT all the other additional surprises. Also they only gave us one key. What good is a family car with only one key?

What a Welcome!

A friendly, young man greeted me the moment I pulled my car into the service staging area. He wore a smart looking business suit and a smile that would light up Yankee Stadium. What a welcome!

Serive Dept is Horrible

I had 4 of my lexus serviced here. Give the exact instrutions and not followed. Never complete all the work. Services adviser are train to just bring exra money for the dealer. Do go to this dealer for dservice unless you like given them money for nothing.

You should give these guys a chance

I just purchased by 4th vehicle from Willis and will keep going back. Todd Speck and the whole crew are fabulous. I called Todd two months ago and said I was looking. He spent numerous days with me to find the right vehicle and I ended up with something that wasn?t on my radar but is a perfect fit!

They Delivered!

I contacted Willis Auto Campus about a 2015 Chevy Tahoe they had listed on their website. We had been looking for a specific color and interior. This vehicle seemed appeared to have everything we were looking for. My family and I live in Southwest Missouri, so their dealership is 400 miles away. We have purchased vehicles over the phone before. They have been new and not used. So I had some reservations. I spoke with salesman Greg Pingel about the suv. He described it as in like new condition, one of the cleanest he has seen. Would like to mention that Greg never tried any high pressure sales tactics that so many of us have had to deal with before. After a couple more phone calls and a little negotiating, we were able to put a deal together. This purchased included our trade. My wife and I were still a little nervous about the purchase. This was all based on a few pictures on the internet and a couple of phone calls with a car salesman. Greg had told me that we would not be disappointed. We took care of financing over the phone and they got us an excellent rate. We decided to drive up the next weekend. Hopefully the suv was as described. To our surprise the following morning I received a call from Greg. He asked if it would be ok to deliver our new suv to us and save us a 400 mile trip to Des Moines. To our surprise the suv was everything we expected and then some. It was just as described, just like new! I have negotiated many vehicle purchases over the past 25+ years I have been driving. Most I felt satisfied with the end result. Some I was frustrated at the end, should have probably just walked away. Getting a car delivered, that was a total shock and unexpected. Greg Pingel, the receptionist, the finance manager and everyone else I spoke with at Willis Auto Campus was very professional and courteous. I can honestly say that Willis Auto Campus ( Hopefully Greg will still be there! ) will be who we call for our next vehicle. Tim S. Billings,MO
