Stellar services and treatment of the customer

I have used the service department at Willis for years and have also purchased vehicles there also. Both experiences have been great. I absolutely love the ability to have my vehicle picked up from work for service and delivered back at the end of the day but also enjoy staying in the very nice customer lounge for a quick service. Willis treats customers the way customers want to be treated.

Lexus LS460 Service

They are extremely professional and efficient. They make getting service work done convenient by getting us a "loaner"!

Great service

Professionally well done. Jeremiah took the time to answer our questions, not rushed. Jon our salesman stopped by and checked on how things were going. They made us feel like we weren't just a number.

First Range Rover experience Willis auto campus

Over all excellent. Todd my sales person was attentive but not overbearing. Was easy to work with and follow up timing was very good. All paperwork was done while I was at home I didn't have to sit and wait at the dealership. Walk through upon delivery of the car was excellent and really paid attention to me and what I wanted and needed to know about the car before I left.
