Just the best!!!

I recently purchased a used Pontiac G6 convertible from Willis. Mike was excellant to work with and the entire process was so painless. We had negotiated an internet price which was very acceptable to me. From the moment you drive into the Willis auto campus and walk through the door you know you're going to be treated professsionally. I can't thank them enough for putting me into a great car for my son and giving me the peace of mind that I've bought a vehicle that I can trust!!!

Cadillac SRX

As my previous 3-year lease was winding down, I had asked my salesperson to keep an eye out for a deal that we would like. He called the week of Christmas with something he thought we would like, we test drove an SRX on Wednesday, signed the lease papers and picked up our new car on Saturday! We enjoyed the entire experience.

Every one was very helpful and congenial in the process. It was a most enjoyable procedure of what I, Roberta, have experienced from the past. You have very professional employees - we appreciated that. One problem that I am noting is that we still have not received the final papers from the transaction. Thank you

Exceeded expectations

Went in to buy a part for my tire. Tpms to be exact, a little pricey but not any different than the parts store, the only difference is, they actually had it. I didn't even have an appointment and I walked over to the service center and said Hey, can you just pop this in the tire for me real quick? You don't even have to put the tire on. They took my tire and car, and a little later they had put the valve stem in and put my tire back on, then put the spare back under the rear end. Also gave me a car wash. 14$ later, I was pretty impressed! Happy to have a great first experience here.

Great Cadillac Service Department

My appointment was to perform warranty work on my 2013 Cadillac ATS. The service was exceptional and all personnel very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Willis Cadillac Service Dept.

Happy Lexus owner

Bought our 5th Lexus from Willis (formerly Betts) Sales staff and service department are exceptional. You need to understand that the dealership is currently undergoing some remodeling but that did not detract from the overall experience.

#3 mini cooper purchases from willis

I have never had a negative experience with the staff and Mini of Des Moines. They have now helped me purchase my 3rd Mini Cooper. Everyone from the receptionist at the front desk to staff in the service department are friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. There is no better car to drive and no better place to purchase one than MINI of DSM.

Great Service

I had quite a few maintenance repairs done on my car which required Willis Auto to have my car for a few days. They were great on keeping me in the loop on my repairs and provided me with a very nice loaner. I really appreciate the extra mile Laurie Kramper went to keep me a happy customer!
