Ignored
I had a problem that occluded on my way home( 2 hour drive) I didn?t get the help I deserved. Also I have been waiting 7 days to hear from the head of the service department. I haven?t gotten emailed (7 days)the complete write up about how my car was doing

Great Service Provided by Kevin
I could not be happier with the service I received from Willis on my Land Rover. They were able to set up a loaner vehicle for me (very nice Volvo) and took great care of my vehicle. I was notified it was covered under warranty (very happy about that) and they kept me updated throughout the process. I NEVER had to call Kevin at Willis, he kept in touch with me via text, which I think is a great way to update customers with status without interrupting my usual hectic work day. Thanks to Kevin and the Willis Team... From the moment I purchased my vehicle and with the services performed I have been treated like a valued customer. I'm also happy to say in spite of some of the negative chatter I've read on line my Land Rover Discovery TD has never caused any significant issues, it's been reliable and a pleasure to drive. Thanks Kevin and Willis!

I got an email from Willis Lexus showing inventory, which made me want to go see what they had. Texted my salesman on the way to the dealership, and he met us there. Ended up buying that day!! Loved it.

2021Mini Cooper JCW
Jeremiah is always helpful, and takes care of all my needs. This was a one year oil change and check up. All went well. He even had a car take me to work, as my service ran longer than expected. No charge, and this is usual Willis service.
